Last time I introduced about the Virtual CloneDrive in this post,
now I found another piece of software that works more than just that.
The Alcohol 52% is the freeware version of Alcohol 120%.
Except for cd-burning, it does everything Alcohol 120% does.
Main Features:
- CD-image burning. Burn many image formats including .iso .bin/cue .mds/mdf .ccd/img/sub and more.
- Mouth CD-image up to 6 virtual drives.
And they come with these cute little extension shell to use.
If you wanna copy a CD/DVD, you will have to find another burning software that can burn .iso image file. Or if you want, you can download the Alcohol 120% (which isn't a freeware that has a trial period, not recommended)...
Last but not least, you can use this Alcohol 52% to burn your PlayStation game CDs into image file for the pSX emulator to run. CD image is easier to run, safe from scratches, and it runs from your harddisc instead of the CD-ROM, means less heat, less time and less risk.
